增材制造设计(DfAM)下的金刚石晶格结构研究

基于机械零件的增材制造设计,用仿自然式方法设计了一种金刚石晶格结构,对晶胞相对密度和等效弹性模量建立了数学模型,并拟合得到二者关系式,一系列的仿真验证结果显示理论研究所得关系式具有一定的正确性;对金刚石晶格填充结构提出变密度假设,并用仿真和压缩试验的方法进行了验证,结果显示,填充单元密度以受力点为中心渐渐减小的变密度结构拥有更好的抗压性能,同时验证了本文得出的等效弹性模量数学模型具有一定的正确性和适用性.本研究结果可应用于承压机械零件的实体夹层填充,对机械零件进行应力匹配变密度设计,以达到机械结构轻量化的目标.     

Dual effect synergistically triggered Ce:(Y,Tb)3(Al,Mn)5O12 transparent ceramics enabling a high color-rendering index and excellent thermal stability for white LEDs

Ce:Y₃Al₅O₁₂ transparent ceramics (TCs) with appropriate emission light proportion and high thermal stability are significant to construct white light emitting diode devices with excellent chromaticity parameters. In this work, strategies of controlling crystal-field splitting around Ce³⁺ ion and doping orange-red emitting ion, were adopted to fabricate Ce:(Y,Tb)₃(Al,Mn)₅O₁₂ TCs via vacuum sintering technique. Notably, 85.4 % of the room-temperature luminescence intensity of the TC was retained at 150 °C, and the color rendering index was as high as 79.8. Furthermore, a 12 nm red shift and a 16.2 % increase of full width at half maximum were achieved owing to the synergistic effects of Tb³⁺ and Mn²⁺ ions. By combining TCs with a 460 nm blue chip, a warm white light with a low correlated color temperature of 4155 K was acquired. Meanwhile, the action mechanism of Tb³⁺ ion and the energy transfer between Ce³⁺ and Mn²⁺ ions were verified in prepared TCs.     

微纳层叠聚丙烯腈凝胶流动特性的数值模拟研究

建立了层叠流道的三维模型和有限元网格模型，根据流变测试数据，采用Polymat对物料的黏度模型参数进行拟合，并利用Polyflow软件对聚丙烯腈（PAN）凝胶在层叠流道内的三维等温流动过程进行了数值模拟分析。研究发现，当入口流量增大时，层叠流道出口速度的不均匀性增加；沿流动方向流道内压力逐渐降低，并在出口处降低至同一最低值；流道进出口压力差与入口流量大小具有正相关性；在流道的中心截面上剪切速率分布均匀，波动较小。     

电磁脉冲辐射波模拟器双锥-平面线栅天线场分布规律

双锥-平面线栅结构的水平极化辐射波天线对辐射场半宽影响较小且架设方便、易于维护，掌握该型天线场分布规律是确定模拟器场均匀区、开展电磁脉冲效应实验的前提。利用天线理论研究双锥-平面线栅天线的场分布规律，结合数值模拟和实际天线试验对理论分析结果进行验证。结果表明：在天线结构和激励电压确定的条件下，双锥中心正下方辐射电场极化分量仅与测点到源的距离相关，二者呈反比；Oxz平面内以双锥中心为圆心的圆弧上任意一点辐射电场极化分量的幅值相等，并在同一时刻达到峰值；Oxz平面内同一水平线上的测点总辐射场幅值相等，方向沿测点所在圆弧的切线方向；各辐射场分量关于Oxz平面和Oyz平面对称分布；对于实际模拟器，地面反射会使辐射场波形下降沿陡降，导致地面附近辐射场半宽变小；线栅极板会影响附近的场分布，且极板外侧4个角点处的反射相对较强，其他位置辐射场分布与理论分析一致。     

Optimized microwave absorption properties by tailoring the morphology of carbon coated TiC nanoparticles by N2 pressure

Increasing the dielectric loss capacity plays an important role in enhancing the electromagnetic absorption performance of materials. It remains a challenge to simultaneously introduce multiple types of dielectric losses in the material. In this work, we show that the atomic and interfacial dipole polarizations can be simultaneously enhanced by substituting N species into both carbon coating layers and bulk TiC lattices of a core-shell TiC@C material. Additionally, substitution of N species results more exposed TiC(111) facets and refines the TiC grain sizes in the bulk material, which is beneficial for enhancing the scattering of the external electromagnetic waves. The maximum reflection loss of the N substituted TiC@C material is measured as ?47.1 dB with an effective absorbing bandwidth of 4.83 GHz at 1.9 mm, which illustrates a valuable way to further tuning the electromagnetic absorption performance of this type of materials.     

简支梁桥横向分布加载装置及板梁模型试验研究

针对一种新型桥梁横向分布加载装置和3个不同有效铰缝高度的有机玻璃板梁桥实验模型,通过对模型梁进行横向加载实验,实测横向分布分析值与铰接板法理论分析值吻合较好.实测结果表明,铰缝有效高度对板梁的横向分布略有影响,铰接板法理论对工程设计是偏安全的.该实验加载装置装拆方便,占用空间小,不受场地限制,教学效果良好,可推广应用于相关高校同类专业实验教学中.     

Strong tribocatalytic dye degradation by tungsten bronze Ba4Nd2Fe2Nb8O30

The triboelectric effect has recently demonstrated its great potential in environmental remediation and even new energy applications for triggering a number of catalytic reactions by utilizing trivial mechanical energy. In this study, Ba₄Nd₂Fe₂Nb₈O₃₀ (BNFN) submicron powders were used to degrade organic dyes via the tribocatalytic effect. Under the frictional excitation of three PTFE stirring rods in a 5 mg/L RhB dye solution, BNFN demonstrates a high tribocatalytic degradation efficiency of 97% in 2 h. Hydroxyl radicals (?OH) and superoxide radicals (?O₂－) were also detected during the catalysis process, which proves that triboelectric energy stimulates BNFN to generate electron-hole pairs. The tribocatalysis of tungsten bronze BNFN submicron powders provides a novel and efficient method for the degradation of wastewater dye by utilizing trivial mechanical energy.     

变压器内部故障在线检测方法仿真及误差分析

为研究变压器内部故障在线检测方法的有效性及抗干扰性,搭建实际变压器的非线性三维有限元模型.对变压器常见几种类型的内部故障进行详细的结构仿真,通过"场-路耦合法"构建各类型故障的ΔV-I1轨迹.同时,通过对正常绕组的测量信号设置一定的误差,构建了考虑测量误差时的误差轨迹.在此基础上,将正常时的标准轨迹、误差轨迹和各种类型的故障轨迹进行对比分析,通过对ΔV-I1轨迹特征差异的定性分析与定量计算,验证该方法在实际应用中的有效性,总结判断各类型故障的规则,同时针对测量误差所造成的干扰提出了建议.     

Fabrication and properties of the superhydrophobic ceria-based composite coating on magnesium alloy

A superhydrophobic ceria-based composite coating is developed to improve anticorrosion properties of AZ61 magnesium alloy, fabricating via chemical conversion method followed by hydrothermal treatment. The cerium conversion coating has a block structure with microcracks. After the hydrothermal treatment, a dense CeO₂ layer, porous CeO₂ nanorods, and stearic absorbing layers are grown stepwise on the conversion coating. And the composite coating is hydrophobic or even superhydrophobic and has almost no microcracks. As the hydrothermal reaction time increases, the water contact angle of the composite coating first increases and then decreases, and it reaches the maximum value of 152° after hydrothermal treatment for 4 h. Both the dense CeO₂ layer and the superhydrophobic stearic absorbing layer can effectively prevent the electrolyte from contacting the substrate; the corrosion current density of the superhydrophobic composite coating is lower than that of the hydrophilic composite coating and the cerium conversion coating, and has the best corrosion resistance.
